Privacy and cookies
This notice describes what this website actually does. The site owner must confirm the final policy, including actual retention practice, before relying on it.
Who is responsible
AIXCHECK LTD, 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. Contact: check@aixchecklim.win.
What the forms collect
Project, support and callback forms send your name, email, message, and optionally phone, organisation and service choices to a script on this site. The script passes them by email to check@aixchecklim.win through the hosting provider’s mail transport. We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and provide the service you ask about, on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in answering.
Hosting and mail processing
The hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs, and handles the email in transit and storage. Its own terms apply to that processing.
Rate limiting
To limit abuse, the form script stores a pseudonymous identifier derived from your IP address and a counter for up to 15 minutes. Expired files are removed when later requests arrive. Your message is not stored by the script.
How long we keep enquiries
Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, deliver the service, or meet legal obligations. The owner must confirm the actual policy.
Cookies and browser storage
No analytics, advertising or other optional cookies or trackers are installed. The banner records your choice in your browser’s localStorage, so it does not reappear. Both choices have the same effect because nothing optional exists. Form drafts and the preflight sheet are kept in sessionStorage in your tab only and are never sent unless you submit a form. You can reopen the choice from the footer or clear site data in your browser.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to processing, by emailing check@aixchecklim.win. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
